HOW TO ORDER
Download an order form (see links below) and send by letter to 6823 Rosemary Drive, Tampa FL 33625 or by fax to (813) 960-0273 or simply list your wants in an E-mail and send to MiguelS@TropicalButterflies.com
- Indicate item number, name, quantity, individual and total price.
- If A1 is not available, indicate if A1/A (antenna problem) or A- (small defect) is acceptable with a check mark in the A- column.
- Small orders (10 or fewer items) can be made by phone (813) 963-6643.
- Please note as much data as is received is given, usually department, country etc. but not often a date.
Payment in advance by check, money order, credit card or PayPal.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American express. Include number , expiration date and CCID number on back of card (last 3 digits).
- Make checks payable to Tropical Butterflies and Insects of America. Our PayPal address is Morfomikel@aol.com.
Orders are sent by US mail, mostly priority, within 3-4 days of receipt.
- Florida orders are subject to 7sales tax unless you have a tax exemption (please give number).
- See shipping rates on order form.
- Rush orders are $10 extra as is express mail.
- Bulky or heavy entomological supplies have special rates and are sent UPS ground or parcel post.
- We can ship overseas but subject to US Fish and Wildlife permit fees. Please inquire. We cannot ship CITES species overseas.
Business hours are 9AM to 1PM and 2PM to 6PM. Saturdays 9AM to 1 PM. Closed for lunch 1-2PM EST. Closed on Sundays, Christmas Day, New Years and Good Friday.

HOW TO GET A PRINTED COPY
To receive a printed copy of the TB&IA Catalog, send $5 to our address above. Along with the catalog, you will receive a coupon for $5 off your first purchase. Please note, our minimum order is $30. Smaller orders are subject to a $10 special handling charge in addition to postage.
Please print clearly the following information:
1. Your name and (if applicable) company name
2. Your address and telephone number
3. E-mail address
4. Primary interest (e.g., private collector, arts and crafts, wholesale, etc.)
You may also fax your information along with a valid credit card number (indicate billing name and address if different from mail-to address) and fax your request to the number above. Your credit card will be debited $5.
